Fuji FujiFilm FinePix A350 review from Digital Camera Info
"The Fujifilm FinePix A350 is the new flagship model of the A series and certainly looks impressive compared to its counterparts. After all, it has more megapixels and a redesigned camera body. There are 5.2 effective megapixels on the camera's 1/2.5-inch CCD. This imaging package is housed in a plastic body with an extending 3x optical zoom lens."Digital Camera reviewed on 2005-08-19. "The FinePix A350 is the flagship model for Fujifilm's A series of inexpensive point-and-shoot cameras. Its 5.2-megapixel resolution marks an increase over the 4 megapixels of its predecessor, the A340, and this camera slightly bumps up the LCD size from 1.5 inches to 1.7 inches. It also eliminates the need for a lens cap by incorporating a self-closing cover for its retractable lens."Digital Camera reviewed on 2005-07-19. "The camera is compact and is designed well - the camera feels very comfortable in my hands. The camera is compact and fits in jean pockets. The camera is easy to use, the menu system is easy to use and there is a good layout of buttons and controls - although I wasn't keen on the zoom control. There is a good choice of features and options although the nearly all are aimed at beginners, rather than experts. The camera speed is average, with an okay switch on time, okay focusing time, and average shutter response."Digital Camera reviewed on 2005-07-25. Fuji FujiFilm FinePix A350 review from Steve's DigiCams
"Bottom line - the Fujifilm FinePix A350 was a mixed bag. While I was pleased with our indoor and outdoor image quality results, its sluggish performance really dragged it down. Also when shooting portraits indoors, you have to make certain there's plenty of light for the autofocus system, and the LCD freezing issue was very aggravating. If you're a price conscious consumer in the market for an "entry-level" 5-megapixel digicam with a street price of around $300, we recommend taking a look at some other choices like HP's PhotoSmart R717, Nikon's Coolpix 5600, or Olympus' Camedia D-595, just to name a few. "The Fujifilm FinePix A350 is designed to be an economical entry-level camera, and that means that many of the features found on more expensive cameras are either abridged or absent on this one."

Fuji FujiFilm FinePix A350 review from Imaging Resource
"The Fuji A350 carries on the value-leading tradition of Fujifilm digital cameras by offering a 5.2-megapixel CCD and 3x optical zoom lens at a low price, including a good-sized bright LCD monitor, Pict-Bridge support, two-second maximum exposure time and four preset scene modes. As you'd expect, the Fujifilm FinePix A350 trades off a few features and capabilities to achieve its remarkably low cost, but the camera still takes good-looking pictures in daylight conditions, and is simple enough for even rank beginners to enjoy immediately.
