Canon PowerShot SD30 - IXUS I review from Digital Camera Resource Page
"The PowerShot SD30 Digital ELPH is an ultra-compact and stylish camera made almost entirely of metal. It's well put together and it feels like it will hold up to some abuse (but please don't abuse your camera!). When compared to the old SD20, the SD30 is a lot more curvaceous -- much more modern looking."

Canon PowerShot SD30 - IXUS I review from Steve's DigiCams
" you're in the market for a stylish little point-n-shoot that can be tucked away just about anywhere, the Canon PowerShot SD30 Digital Elph might be the camera for you. It offers great image quality and performance, all with the features and quality we have come to expect from Canon. The only negatives I found were the awkwardness of the Zoom controls and the slow frame rate of the VGA movie mode. With 5-megapixels there's enough resolution to create up to 13x19-inch size prints or cropped prints of a smaller size. "

Canon PowerShot SD30 - IXUS I review from Megapixel
"Completely metal-clad, the SD30, whatever its colour, is accented by large sections of highly polished metal that include the lens trim and the wrist strap mount. The SD30 is very compact, measuring (L◊H◊D) 96.1◊45.1◊23.9mm (3.78◊1.78◊0.94 in.), but still incorporates a 1.8 inch LCD monitor which also serves as viewfinder."

Canon PowerShot SD30 - IXUS I review from Imaging Resource
"'Concluding we may say that Canon once again added an excellent digital camera to the rich Digital IXUS range of cameras. The Canon Digital IXUS i Zoom is not perfect but the target group will certainly appreciate this camera. It has its limits but on the other side; it offers a heck of a lot too. The scales definitely turn to a positive appraisal."

Canon PowerShot SD30 - IXUS I review from Let's Go Digital
"This beautifully designed digital camera is completely designed in the same style we see on the successful IXUS series of digital cameras. The camera is accommodated in a solid compact housing and stunningly finished with a beetroot colour. The compact size does have some consequences for the size of the monitor, but you do get a beauty of a digital camera with the size of a cell phone in return."

Canon PowerShot SD30 - IXUS I review from BIOS Magazine
"The first thing that strikes you about the Digital IXUS i zoom (PowerShot SD30 Digital ELPH in the US) is its diminutive size (96x24x45mm, 105g). Building on Canonís Digital IXUS family, the Digital IXUS i zoom adds a 2.4x optical zoom and embraces the perpetual curve design of its big brother, the Digital IXUS 750. However, donít be fooled - the new model isnít a patch on the excellent IXUS 750 in terms of features or performance. Its styling is also a little feminine, which is sure to put off male shutterbugs.
